We place particular value on experienced operators, transparent structures, defensible downside protection and opportunities where our capital, relationships or experience can contribute meaningfully to the outcome.

Jesse Kajer is the founder of Kajer Capital and lives in Golden, Colorado, with his wife and growing family. He brings more than two decades of experience across banking, capital markets, real estate lending and principal investment.

In 2016, he co-founded and helped build a vertically integrated private lending and investment management platform that raised more than $300 million in fund equity and deployed capital across hundreds of real estate loans. Through Kajer Capital Management, Jesse is also involved in building Ironstrand Capital Partners, a real estate debt investment and fund management platform that seeks to provide access to disciplined, real-asset-backed investment strategies.

Outside of work, Jesse enjoys time with his family and can often be found in Colorado’s mountains—mountain biking, skiing, mountaineering and hiking.
